I spent several years running an electronics store. I loved it. I got to unpack and listen to one of the first Sony Walkman’s to arrive in Chelsea. When the BBC computer arrived, I learned Basic and wrote adventure games. Sold hundreds of each. Time passed…
Nowadays, I love to help and train folks – of any age – on use of Apple Computers. I use WordPress and its ecosystem to build Web sites. I have installed various other productivity and communication software as needed, and coach and train in their use.
I am an ambassador for CiviCRM and love my nonprofit technology community.
I enjoy building Web sites. Each project, I meet wonderful people, have fun and learn more. I have had the joy and privilege to create and work on dozens of projects. Below are some examples:
Weeds Salon (2008-2013)
Swans Market Cohousing (2000-present)
Bay Area Coaches :: International Coach Federation San Francisco Bay Area Chapters (2009-2012)
Bay Area Earth Day (2010-present)
Old Oakland Neighbors (2000-present)
2.Oakland (2012-2016)
The Cohousing Research Network (2011-present)
Oakland Men’s Fellowship (2005-2018)
Vulnerable Leader (2014-present)
If you are interested in exploring working with me to help with technology related projects — online digital services, setting up and learning how to use CiviCRM, being more (or less) productive with your Apple products, setting up an email marketing campaign for a service you provide, and so on, please send me a note to set up a time to chat about what you want to create. I look forward to hearing from you.
